** NO CURBSIDE RECYCLABLE MATERIALS WILL BE ACCEPTED IN PLASTIC BAGS **

The Department of Public Works will continue to have a cardboard drop-off location at
444 Valentine Street. Hours: Monday thru Friday 7:00 am – 2:30 pm

**ANY material delivered to the Public Works building MUST be brought during normal operating hours. Residents leaving items at the door or dropping them in the Borough lot, when the facility is closed, shall be subject to illegal dumping penalties.

Residents are also encouraged to participate in recycling programs offered by the
Middlesex County Division of Solid Waste @ www.co.middlesex.nj.us/planningboard/solidwaste.asp

The MCIA currently has collections scheduled, throughout the County, for the following items:

  • Hazardous Household Waste
  • Paint
  • Tires
  • Consumer Electronics
  • Paper Shred Events
  • Prescription Drug/Medication
