Attention Highland Park Parents and New Drivers! The Highland Park Police Department is hosting a FREE New Driver Program on Sunday, August 30th from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM! This hands-on program is designed for new drivers aged 18 or younger to build confidence and stay safe on the road.

The event is split into two valuable parts:

 Part 1 (Classroom): Held at the Highland Park Community Center. Learn critical vehicle safety and general road tips.
 Part 2 (Simulated Stops): Held at Donaldson Park immediately after. Practice how to safely and confidently handle a motor vehicle stop in a controlled environment.

 Important Details:

-Requirements: All drivers under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian for the entire program.

-What to bring: A valid driver's license or permit, vehicle registration, and a valid insurance card.

-Space is strictly limited to the first 10 online registrants!
