Join the Highland Park Arts Commission for a relaxing Learn and Create workshop where you can design your own colorful candles using granulated wax.  No prior experience needed - just bring your creativity and take home your unique creation on Sunday, August 2nd from 2:00 - 4:00 pm at the Highland Park Public Library, 31 North Fifth Avenue!
