The Highland Park Arts Commission invites you to another Learn and Create Series event “Relax and Connect with Sound” on Saturday, May 9th from 11:00 am – 12:30 pm at the Environmental Center, 20 River Road.  Come together to connect with community.  In this inclusive space, we will relax with a sound bath, co create a community soundscape, learn tips to support the nervous system, and more.  Feel free to bring blankets and pillows to make yourself comfortable
