The Highland Park Arts Commission invites you to participate in: A Free Steam Program where kids can explore the art of Paper Marbling! This course is for youth ages 8 – 12 years of age from 6:30 – 8:00 pm at the Highland Park Library, 31 North Fifth Avenue. All materials will be provided.
